Products purchased from Naturalcandlesex may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom storage solutions and installed items may have different return policies.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@naturalcandlesex.world or call +443333356112. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Custom-designed storage solutions, installed products, and items that have been damaged or used beyond normal wear cannot be returned. Service fees for organizing consultations are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. We will cover return shipping for items that were our error.
